Ayurveda, Travelling & Cooking
Already at young age the Ayurvedic principals of life has fascinated and has accompanied me for many years now.
I come from a Brahmin family in India, where I grew up and finished my studies in Rishikesh (The Yoga Capital of the World) surrounded by the Himalayas mountains and the holy river Ganges; the nature I really love so. I used to travel a lot and go for treks & pilgrimages, I received a lot of old knowledge from my family and I was able to discover my love for cooking as a child thanks to my mother.
My work as (the) Manager at of the Ayurvedic Resort "Vedic Valley" gave
me the opportunity to learn more and more about Ayurvedic philosophy
from various teachers and Ayurvedic doctors.
Now I would like to share my knowledge with you, around the world and show you a healthy way of life with Ayurveda, spirituality and my Indian ease.

Yoga & Therapy
I knew from the beginning that the wonderful work with the human body on all its levels and the interaction of body, mind and soul is my calling. In addition, sport and exercise in nature I have already loved when I was young.
So I did trainings as a “massage therapist” and “physiotherapist” in Austria. Followed by many more workshops and training courses such as “cranio-sacral energy body work”, “mental trainer/coach” and “ILDO body candle treatment”.
After a few years as a “freelance physiotherapist”, I decided to take a break and traveled through India. During this time I was able to learn a lot about spirituality, yoga philosophy and myself. So I completed my first 200 hours yoga teacher training in Dharamshala (Himachal).
Since then, yoga has been part of me and my biology.
With health-oriented yoga and energy body work, I would like to help you regain your balance, find your center, raise awareness and, most important, get a lot of "joie de vivre".
